Below are some of the key tasks completed over the last month:
- Main level deck was split into 2 separate pours and both are now completed
- All main level steel and deck is now in place
- Backfill going on around the building
- Roof steel is nearing completion and all roof josts have been installed
- Overhead ceiling work for MEP and FIre Sprinkler trades is now underway on the lower level
- Rough in of the pool and touch ups taking place
- HPC coatings for beam pockets in the Natatorium was completed this week prior to roof joist being set in place.
- We are prepping for building envelope work to begin
- Retaining wall is complete and now preparing to seed the site to establish stabilization before winter hits
- Framer is starting on the upper level
- Nearing completion of lower level plumbing rough ins
- Electrical rough-ins within the crawl space areas are currently in progress
